Heirloom portraits are a Southern tradition and I am so excited to offer these in my cozy Charleston Studio.

A traditional-stle portrait of your child that will be able to be passed down for generations to come.

Each fine art image is hand-edited to produce a clean and sharp image that will capture your child's personality and facial details.  A white vignette is added to each image for that vintage-inspired look.

Whan to Book

Heirloom portraits are traditionally taken when the baby is able to sit up, so from age 6/8 months to up to age 12.

Each client has the flexibility to book at the time of day that works best for their child, when they are at their happiest.  Many people choose to capture these portraits during a special milestone or birthday, but it's all up to you.  Time is a thief.  As a mother of three, I fully get this.

These sessions do not take long and clients are in and out withing 20-30 minutes.

What to wear?

Your child's photos will be taken from the waist up in a white, neutral or soft blue top with collar.

While you may bring in your favorite heirloom dress or bubble for your little one, we do offer a complimentary outfit from our Client Closet for both boys and girls.

What to expect?

After your appointment, you will be able to choose your favorite images either via Zoom call or an online gallery.   These portraits deserve to be matted and framed- let me take care of all of that for you.  We offer luxury artwork, framed, matted prints, keepsake boxes in linen or Velvet.  You can choose from single portraits or three-image pannel frames.  Cooresponding digital files are included complimentary with each purchase of artwork.
